The Prophet Peace Be Upon Him said in the Hadith:
إن الله تسعة وتسغين اسما مائةَ إلا واحدَا من أحصاها دخل الجنة
Which means: “Certainly, Allah has ninety-nine Names (99), one hundred minus one. Whoever memorises them and understands their meanings will enter Paradise”.
In this lecture, Sheikh Ibrahim Shafie begins a series of important lessons explaining the 99 Perfect Names of Allah in detail. The sheikh explains the first three of the 99 names, which are Allah, ar-Rahman and ar-Rahim.
