You become a backslider when you stop following the Lord, as you relapse into bad ways and errors. The living must not seek to dwell with the dead, for the dead are spiritually contaminated. A backslider experiences loneliness as a result of rejection by God and men. Avoid peer pressure from your evening hangout with corrupt friends. Watch your new lifestyle, habit and friends, and be truthful with yourself, if the Lord likes them.
