In this episode I do my best through all the emotions that come up to share not only what I have experienced in terms of perimenopausal symptoms, but what I have learned in my research. I get redundant at times as an emphasis that these symptoms are real, and as a reminder that educating ourselves is one of the best way's to advocate for ourselves.
