Staff is not just a number. Mr Ackerman's advice is to shake hands and greet every person you encounter with  at work every day and see where you can help people if any one shared any difficulties they may have.

We live in a very fast pace, and taking the time to just greet and pay some interest in someone's life makes a huge difference in people's lives.
