The emergence of large language models (LLMs) has introduced a new paradigm in human-computer interaction, one where the perceived "personality" of an AI system is as critical to its function and adoption as its raw computational power. This report provides an exhaustive analysis of five leading LLMs—Grok, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and DeepSeek—premised on the understanding that their distinct personalities are not accidental artifacts but are engineered expressions of their foundational components.
