Arthur Brill's (Episode 6) analysis of Part 3, Question 3 of the New York State Regents examination for English Language Arts (ELA 11) leaves little doubt that Question 3, not the test itself, is unequivocally fair and appropriate. However, the Petition, signed by 40,000 people presumably acting in the best interest of education, should raise 40,000 questions.
