Jesus was not a novice to the age old art of roasting.  We all can enjoy a good comical roasting from time to time, especially if its toward a friend or family member, but what happens when the person getting roasted is you?  The Parable of the Pharisee and Tax Collector starts with Jesus calling out those who are self-righteous, and yes... that is you and I.  What is odd about this Parable is we are not only self-righteous like the Pharisee, but we are also a messed up sinner like the Tax Collector.  How can we reconcile this?  More importantly how can we change?
