Bucks County prosecutors decided yesterday not to pursue the death penalty against Sean Kratz in the violent murders of three young men on a remote farm in July 2017. Instead, the 22-year-old will face a mandatory sentence of life in prison for his first-degree murder conviction. In the other two slayings, an assistant district attorney sought consecutive life sentences.
