Good morning. It’s Friday, November 8th. The Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia has hired a law firm to investigate sexual misconduct across much of the school’s past. An Inquirer report in July detailed allegations of sexual misconduct at the school. The article brought to light allegations made by violinists Lara St. John who said she was raped by violin teacher Jascha Brodsky in the nineteen-eighties.
