Good morning. It’s Friday, May 10th. Philadelphia officials are launching a new program this summer aimed at helping first time home buyers afford homes. “Philly First Home” will provide eligible city residents up to $10,000 when they purchase a home in the city. And the funds can be used for down payments and closing costs. Only Philadelphia residents who have lived in the city for three years are eligible.
