Good morning. It’s Tuesday, May 21st. It’s primary day in Philadelphia. Voters across the city will line up at polling places to cast their votes for the mayoral race, city council, sheriff, judges and a number of ballot questions. As a Democrat running for a second term, Mayor Jim Kenney has history on his side. Despite challenges from state senator Anthony Hardy Williams and former City Controller Alan Butkovitz in the Democratic primary, Kenney has run a low-key campaign.
