Good morning. It’s Thursday, May 23rd. Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner’s office believes the judge overseeing rapper Meek Mill’s case has been biased against him. A brief filed yesterday marked the first time Krasner publicly criticized Common Pleas Court Judge Genece [JEN-EES] E. Brinkley for her handling of the high-profile case. Krasner’s office argued that Brinkley abused her discretion when she sentenced him to prison in 2017 for probation violations.
