Good morning. It’s Friday, May 31st. Three transgender women are challenging a 20-year-old Pennsylvania provision that prevents them from legally changing their names. They filed a lawsuit Wednesday. A state law prohibits the women from changing their names because they have been convicted of certain felonies in the past.
