Good morning. It’s Monday, July 1st. The Philadelphia region has been hit by a massive amount of rain in recent weeks, posing the threat of flooding for many towns. Camden’s aging sewer system has left the city susceptible to heavy rains. Even an inch of rain can overwhelm the city’s aging and too-narrow pipes, leaving water pooled in parking lots and on major roads.
