Good morning. It’s Monday, September 16th. Experts say there are warning signs that a U.S. recession could be coming. But Philadelphia’s housing market is continuing to grow at a historic pace. Home prices in Philly have risen forty-six percent in the last seven years. And experts say the rapid growth has made housing a key part of Philly’s local economy. Would all that growth be lost if a recession hits? Not necessarily.
