The Philadelphian is the largest condo building in the state of PA with over 700 units. The building has a restaurant, grocery store, bank, pharmacy, and two pools...just to name a few! There are no pets...however, service animals are allowed and are always welcome.
The Philadelphian houses a variety of units from large studios to some of the largest penthouse units in town.
Great condo association! 2401 recently replaced all windows and sliding glass doors throughout the entire building.
