          It feels like it's pretty safe to say that most of us have, at one point or another, tried to contact someone from the other side. Maybe we were at a sleepover at a friends house when somebody decided that it would be a good idea to play with an ouija board. Or, maybe some of us took it a little further and got together with the sole purpose being to have a séance. To willfully try to connect with a certain spirit. The world of the paranormal comes with dozens and dozens of questions with no real answers. Did a spirit or demonic entity actually just move the planchette, or maybe it was the innocent spirit of the little boy who died of an illness in that particular house. For some in the field of parapsychology, this question was answered in the early 1970's by a study called the Philip Experiment.
