So we're talking about lead generation, how to utilize lead generation to grow your company. And I'm gonna say it one more time, Garrett. Lead generation is the lifeblood of your company. If you don't focus on lead generation, your company will die. It's kind of like if you go without oxygen, I don't know what is two, three minutes you go without oxygen, you begin to die. There's some crazy that can go underwater and like sit for seven, eight minutes. That's not me. But eventually, without oxygen, they will die. The same thing with your business without leads, it will be no more. So focus on being the chief lead officer in your business. Two days ago, if you didn't listen, go back and listen to that episode, utilizing Venmo to create penny leads, bang, bada bing. I mean that's mind-blowing and I didn't come up with it. I'm just, putting it out there. I mean, every lead strategy that there is, I haven't came up with cause it's been somewhere, some way by someone and that's to think about business, but you have to do them to create a business. Yesterday, I talked about using affinity relationships and referrals to create a business as lead generation because we get, we get lost in doing that. And, today I'm gonna talk about one of my favorite ways and how I cut my teeth in sales, is the phone. The phone needs to be utilized in lead generation. I'm gonna tell you how and why. It needs to be utilized in social media, it needs to be utilized in texting, and it needs to be utilized in calling. One of the things that we're working on in 2022 is building a call center to help our clients attract commercial leads. Why a call center, because a call center gets immediate results and it finds people that need your services. Even though they may not be thinking about it. Call centers are legit and still great ways to generate business via telemarketing. When I was 19 years old, that's how I learned sales. Telemarketing lawn care worked for a company called ChemLawn, who is now TruGreen. I started selling lawn care on the phone and it taught me how to handle objections. Taught me how to take a no and turn it into a yes. And it taught me that selling was a great way to make some freaking money. And so on a daily basis, you need to be utilizing your phone intentionally to not only follow up but to create lead opportunities. I'm gonna explain why so or how I should say. So let's say most everybody listening to me provide some type of home service trade, and who has access to homeowners. What group of people have the most access to homeowners? Real estate agents. Second, maybe property managers. And so we should be focusing on having conversations with these types of people on a daily basis. They don't have to belong, drawn-out conversations, but introductions and "Hey, my name is. Who does that? That's Eminem, right? My name is, my name is, Hey, my name is, right. We need to have those conversations via phone calls and texts with real estate agents, five per day. And really it's easy to find real estate agents. You just go and look up the realtor association, right? And you'll start getting all these names, realtors. Then you go to Facebook and you find that person on Facebook find their business page. Realtors have to be contacted. So you're gonna find their email address and their phone number. So you reach out like you reach out, you call them on the phone, then you text them, then you email them. Like all of that together. All of that together is how, is how you get in front of them, and you do the things necessary to get them to know who you are. Cause that's really all you're trying to do. See a lead isn't a sale. A lead is an inquiry. A lead is an opportunity. And so you wanna create these opportunities on a daily basis. We wanna generate leads on Facebook. We wanna generate leads on Google. We wanna gen, and that's great. And that's great, but don't forget that the phone is and should be the backbone of how you create leads. Like you should be able to pick up your phone. You need to get five leads today. You should be able to pick up your phone and get five leads. If you can't do that, then you need to start exercising that muscle to get good at generating leads via the phone. You want to grow your business in 2022, you want to have a business that DMN8s your market. Focus on lead generation, utilize the three things that I've given you over the past three days, Venmo, affinity relationships, and utilizing the phone, and you'll definitely DMN8 the day,
