A new term -- “phygital” -- has been created to describe the conversion from pure physical church services to the hybrid physical and digital style of church we now see. Although this may make some nervous, this change has allowed many churches to reach hundreds, if not thousands, of people that they could not reach before. Instead of looking to return to what used to be normal, why not ask yourself what your ministry could do to embrace this new “phygital” age?
