Often we try to over-spiritualize things. Sometimes we think the physical has no effect on our spiritual life and no effect on our mental life. The reality though is that we need to engage our heart, soul, mind and strength to find true health. They influence each other. Our physical lives affect our mental life. And God cares about our physical life.
