Change can be a good thing and is sometimes needed to keep yourself moving forward. We discuss how often this is a time that many educators think of making changes. It might be changing grade levels, changing positions or completely changing jobs and leaving education. Entrepreneurs seem to thrive in change or maybe that just have the mindset to embrace it.
