There are many times throughout our lives we may find ourselves in a pit of despair. The author of Psalm 69 was in such deep despair he called out to God and prayed through his feelings while he was in his pit of despair. Through the Psalm we can see how we can talk to God and how we should pray when we feel stuck in a pit of despair.
