She’s here, I’m here—the official first episode(!!!). Did my best to gauge the social temperature and so far the feedback around GYSN has been SO encouraging. So, thank you. And keep it coming.
In this ep, you’ll meet my official first guest where we talk about storytelling, mental health, blooming “late,” and bad hair decisions. And for a minute or two, you’ll even feel like you’re getting free therapy which if you think about it, is me basically giving you at least $10 dollars.
I hope this connects with you in any way possible. If it does, please feel strong armed into subscribing on Apple Podcasts and maybe even give your girl a review. This will be one of the many last times I will ask things of you.

Therapy. Mental health is a real thing and we naturally touch on it. Specifically a beautiful program through ONSITE I, myself was fortunate enough to attend last year. In the age of information, it can feel overwhelming. If you struggle with mental illness, know you’re not alone. AND here are a handful of resources I found to be helpful.
