I wanted to share a bit of the down and dirty of what's been going on behind the scenes since about November 2022 with my business and brand and where things are going in 2023.  

There's been a deep inner knowingness for a need for a pause, which is exactly what led me to discover a lot of clarity around old patterns that were surfacing. Maybe you can relate... so many of you that I've talked to have expressed similar themes coming up in your life and biz. 

I had to explore where I was saying YES to the things that I really wanted to do, and where I was contracting and saying NO to the things that actually I wanted to do. It's been an incredible time of self-reflection and working on the old people pleasing patterns and the overwhelming fear of disappointing people.
