In 2003, a man walks into PNC bank and hands the teller a note with the demands that she fill this persons bag with $250,000 and she only has 15 minutes. After receiving some of the money, the man strolls out of the bank swinging the bag of money and a cane. Within the hour that man, who had a bomb strapped to his neck, will basically explode on national TV.
