University makes all sorts of demands on your time and your resources, studying, socialising, managing your day-to-day chores etc. For some people, this can lead to feelings of being overwhelmed. That was Farah’s experience for a while here at City St George’s. Farah plucked up the courage to ask for help and she explains what impact that had on her time here.
