Tim Tucker, on affiliate staff with the Pittsburgh FamilyLife team, leads a discussion on the plague of fatherlessness  today and the heart-wrenching effects it has on the children, with fellow team members Scott and Catherine Mercer.   Also part of the discussion are Tom and Pam Jones.  Tom is an associate pastor and licensed Christian counselor, and Pam is a real estate agent in the Pittsburgh area. 

The goal is to get fathers to step up and be the fathers God and their family want them to be, and to take their responsibilities seriously for their children's sake and for the sake of the mother of their children.
