The Platform episode 222 features a mix by Bossa Nova who was born in New York but then moved to the sands of Arizona where he was always listening to different styles of music growing up. Now residing in Los Angeles he’s come full circle as an open format DJ and producer as well as being on event manager and member of the group Innerloop DJs and No Cutz No Glory. He produces monthly mini mixes and a weekly radio show called ‘Outside The Box’ where he interviews up and coming artists. His edits have been played by top DJs and producers at festivals, clubs and on the radio all over the world. You can find his productions on record pools like Headliner Music Club, DJ City and Clubkillers to name a few. His mixes have been heard on FAED University on Diplo’s Revolution and are updated regularly on his Mixcloud. You can also hear him live on Twitch every Sunday from 10AM-12PM. When he isn’t in the studio he can be heard playing at some of the hottest venues in LA that include his monthly ‘We Don’t Riot, We Just Dance’ parties in Santa Monica.
