Honestly, who is going to trust Yves Guillemot to fix the mess that he has allowed to amass for two decades now? How much better could Ubisoft be if toxic leadership kept their noses out of the creative process? It's clear that games with female leads sell just as well as those led by "alpha male" characters. Why do we let old men dominate creative spaces?
