Join Host Russell Goldsmith for an interview with Isaac Getz Isaac Getz is a professor of Leadership and Innovation at ESCP Europe. He has been Visiting Professor at Cornell University, Stanford University and at the University of Massachusetts. He graduated in Computer Science, then obtained a M.Sc. in Management Science, a Doctorate in Psychology and a post-doctoral degree (HDR) in Management.

His book "Freedom, Inc” which he co-authored with Brian Carney, has been translated in eleven languages and acclaimed by world leading media. As a result, the corporate liberation ‘movement’ – involving hundreds of organisations of all sizes - is now something impossible to avoid within the French corporate world, as well as in many other European countries.

Dr. Getz conducts research and publishes on diverse topics related to innovation, leadership, corporate transformation and employee engagement. He is an internationally acclaimed public speaker, who has spoken to hundreds of companies and institutions on four continents.
