In this episode, I decided to open up and share a rather painful, but beautiful experience that happened to me recently.  This year has seen many breakthroughs for me.  This was another one.

You would think with me hiring a VA that my workload would get less.  In fact, it's doubled.  Yikes!  Here I talk about what happened; what I'm going to do about it; and keep finding more clients.

I set a goal at the beginning of the year to focus on giving 100 speeches.  Getting in front of other people's audiences.  Well, I'm running a bit behind.  But scratch 1!  I did my first guest interview the other day.  And in this episode, I'll share what happened; what I learned; and how I'll be a better guest going forward.

You can't be all things to all people.  A lesson I reminded myself of this last week.  In this episode, I'll share what happened and why I decided to end my business dealings with one of my clients.  And what this means going forward.

So things are moving right along!  With the launch of the new podcast, I was able to pick up 2 new clients for my new part of my business which is podcast production.  I never thought about doing podcast production for others.  I thought about teaching them how to do is faster.  But some entrepreneurs don't want to learn how to do it.  They just want it done.  So here's that story!

An integral part of the podcast is the website.  I use Wordpress just because of the ease of use.  Today, I share what my plans are for the website behind "Entrepreneurs on Podcasting".  Also, why am I training my VA on how to use Wordpress?  And what this means for the long term plans for the business?

Consistency is important when producing content.  But it's not every day or every week.  It's what is consistent for you.  Today I talk about my decision to produce 2 episodes a week and the implications of that decision.  I just didn't expect that people would be so eager to talk about how they are using podcasting for their business.  And that's a good thing!

Recently I joined a group where I believe my ICA is hanging out.  When I wrote my "Hello!" post, I had some great questions come in regarding a single statement that I made.  "I believe that podcasting is the ultimate business growth tool."  What followed was a great conversation about what podcasting can really do for a business.
