I’m the founder and CEO of Barracks Media, a veteran-powered media company built around podcasting, digital platforms, and long-form storytelling. My work lives mostly behind the scenes—building, rebuilding, and refining the infrastructure that supports podcasts once the novelty wears off and the real work begins.  Over the years, I’ve hosted shows, operated networks, and built the systems beneath them: websites, workflows, publishing structures, content pipelines, and distribution setups. Like most people who’ve been in podcasting long enough, I’ve learned a lot of this the hard way—by breaking things, fixing them, and realizing where common assumptions fall apart in practice.
