As we know the recent series of wildfires that struck northern California's wine country and portions of the foothills northeast of Sacramento on Oct. 8 has generated more than $3.3 billion in covered losses, with the vast majority occurring in wine country.
There is, however, some very good news and that is Napa Valley and the rest of the wine country is back in business but they need your help. Our guest is Ryan MacDonnell of Round Pond Winery a family owned business located in the beautiful Napa Valley of California.
She tells us that this a great time to visit the Napa Valley, see the wine being made and at the same time help support the area that is starting the rebuilding process. We want everyone to support Round Pond all of the wonderful spots in California's wine country. If you can't visit then go online and buy some wine.
Also from last week our exclusive with Joseph Hammond. Here is his outstanding full story on the threat of Boca Haram, from the Urban News Service can be found here.
