Do you know what the ideological beliefs the Republican and Democratic parties in America stand on? If not, this episode gives a good foundation to see where your beliefs, values and morals align. Our society has so many views and opinions that can be found on a broad spectrum with extremes found on both ends whether Democrat or Republican. It's all wrapped up in do you have compassion for others, do you impose your will on others, or do you mind your business and allow others to choose how they want to live as long as it doesn't cause you direct harm. If the goal is to have a civil society we have to compromise with each other.
What I'm starting to understand and enjoy about our podcast is that we aren't telling you what to do or how to live your life most episodes. We are discussing ideas from every side and direction with hopes of being able to walk on a path together. Maybe not holding hands in harmony, but at least we can get to a place where we ALL feel safe enough to cross paths with each other on this journey called life. I've always been over analytical as people would call it, but I'm just always thinking of how to improve experiences for myself and others. Lately, I've been feeling like a young philosopher on a quest for more wisdom and enlightenment. Always coming from a stance of being solution oriented for ALL.
Really Not Radio presents a fresh, open-minded podcast hosted by Lee Bishop aka @vaschon_dragon and baby Stace. Join them WEEKLY as they discuss critical and pressing topics with their own viewpoint in hopes to reach a place of understanding, and on good days; compromise.
