In this week's episode, we looked at the power of getting back up when we fall short of the glory of God.
Teens are informed that on their Christian journey they will fall in sin one way or another because we were born in sin and shaped in iniquity (Psalm 51:5). However, they are encouraged not to stay in sin but to get back up and allow the Lord to make them clean.
The problem is not falling into sin as it is in refusing to get up. Many teens in the past did not understand the loving nature of God to restore them and so as soon as they fell into sin, they walked away from God thinking God no longer wants them. But this is not so. Jesus' arms are always wide open to receive those who wish to return to Him.
Teens are encouraged not to make sin a habit or to continue sinning because of the knowledge of the love of Christ. God's mercy and love should keep us living right and not be a license for us to keep sinning.
A very powerful and insightful topic this week, as the host shares some of her personal experiences of falling as a teenager. These examples are to bring hope and encouragement, not to condemn.

In this week's episode, we discussed our position in Christ as sons of God, and the privilege it gives us. Listeners were challenged to start seeing themselves as winners, because that how the Lord sees us.
In the book of Romans, Paul's says we are not just conquerors but we are more than conquerors in Christ Jesus.
Teens, as well as older adults are encouraged to walk in the knowledge of who God says they are and see themselves in the light and lens of God.
When you start believing the Word of God about yourself, despite the chaos around you, you will begin to walk in innumerable victory.
As you listen in, I hope this episode is a blessing to you. And if it is, please feel free to follow and share the podcast with families and friends.

In this week's episode, we looked at Worship; what it is, who is a worshipper and the kind of worship God requires of us.
While all believers are called to be worshippers, not all believers are actual worshippers. This is because what we deem as worship is mere routine with no genuine devotion to God.
John 4:24 gives us a brief overview of the worship God requires, one that is Spirit led and authentic.
We also had the opportunity to evaluate our own lives to identify areas where we could improve and worship God from a more genuine place. This includes but is not limited to the giving of our resources for the benefit of the kingdom, treating people well outside the walls of our church, living a life of consecration to the Lord, and abstaining from fleshly lusts.
Worship will always surpass the goosebump moments of singing in church. Worship is the lifestyle of a believer. It is our kingdom culture. It is glorifying God in every area of our lives. And since we are mere men, we are always challenged to come up higher, to be more like Christ.

In this week's episode we discussed what it means to Grow Stronger Each Day, which in essence is growing stronger in Christ.
We looked at the fact that God called young people because He knows we are strong and we possess the capacity to carry out His will without physical restrictions.
We also acknowledged that God has called us to a higher level and there is no fun in being a regular, ordinary, bench warmer Christian when we can be so much more.
We also looked at the difference between temptations and sinning so that teens understand fully well that temptations doesn't mean that they aren't saved, but temptations provide a way for us to build character and conform to the ways of Christ.
This was a full discussion that will compel anyone who listens to grow stronger in their walk with Christ.

In this week's episode, teens are encouraged to spend time in the presence of God so that their hearts can be attuned to what the Lord is saying in this time and season.
There is a deeper call for us to come up higher as seen in Revelation 4:1, but we may never sense that call if we do not set out time to commune the Lord in the secret place.
When the Lord calls us higher, it is always to get us out of our comfort zone and show what who we are in Him and what we carry.
I shared an experience how the Lord called me to give a word at church when I was only 19 years old. The funny thing was that it was on a women's Sunday when the older women were in charge of service and so for me to feel an unction to give a word during that time was a bit strange. But after praying, and consulting my pastor and other leaders, the rest was history.
While not every teen will have this experience, every teen is admonished to shut in with the Lord and learn of Him. Get to know Him and let His Spirit guide you. I pray that as you listen in to this episode it will bless you. And if it does, please feel free to follow the podcast and share it with the teens in your life.

In this week's episode we zoomed in on the topic: "Less Time On My Phone, More Time With God."
We live in a technological age where a quick message check can easily turn into 5 hours of idly scrolling through social media.
Teens are the ones who are most vulnerable as those who are older, who did not grow up in a social media age, are better able to control it than having it control them.
While the world keeps evolving, it's important that we pivot and examine what is important, our relationship with the Lord.
Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. He doesn't change with time or culture. He requires us all to spend time in prayer, worship, and reading His Word. Teens are encouraged to spend less time on their phones and more time with the Lord. They are also given ways in which they can be more productive while using their phones. Activities like Bible trivia games, and watching sermons online are just a few of the ways they can maximize the time with their phones, so they can have a greater outcome. While the phone itself isn't a bad thing, it's the use of phones that tend to plunge us into procrastination and unnecessary distractions.

In this week's episode we discussed how to differentiate between the voice of God and the voice of our flesh. To do this, we have to use the Bible. The Bible is our standard, it is the measuring stick which we use to determine the voice of God. God and His Word are one. They are always in unison. God will not speak contrary to His Word.
In addition, our flesh is always self-centered, selfish, always seeking to satisfy the flesh and its desires.
Despite this knowledge, many times we confuse the voice of our flesh with the voice of God because we go to God with an expected answer. When this happens, our self-bias coupled with our secret desires produced a self-satisfying answer disguised in misuse of scripture that sounds like God. When in truth, it is our flesh, and not God who is speaking.
It is important that teens are able to know the difference between the two so that they do not walk contrary to the path the Lord has called them to.
As a powerful episode filled with real information for teens and the wider Christian community at large, I hope it is a blessing to you. In this week's episode, teens are encouraged to pray even when they do not see the tangible manifestation of their prayers. This is because God hears our prayers and petitions, and He is always working behind the scenes.
Prayer was never optional, and children and teens are not exempt from praying. Our consistent prayers should not be dependent on speedy answers, but on authentic relationship with the Father.
Since God created us to be in communion with Him, we are required to do so in constant communication with Him. This is through prayer.
Teens are also encouraged to send prayers into their future. This is done by praying the very things they would like to see in their future, while they are still in the present. Prayer is not limited by geographical locations. Prayer can transcend years, decades and generations. Teens do not have to wait until they are adults to pray for their adulthood. They can do so right now.
This episode was filled with a lot of biblical wisdom to help teens navigate their prayer life intentionally. As you listen, I pray this episode blesses you. In this week's episode, we discussed the topic: committing to God above all else. When teens commit to God they are putting God above their gadgets, their relationships and anything that would want to compete for their undivided attention that is contrary to their godly morals and values.
Teens are encouraged to get busy in the things of the Lord so they won't have time for the things of the world. Teens are also given examples of ministries and clubs they can start within their church as a way to develop their gifting and also to disciple other teens for the kingdom of God.
This episode is packed with valuable information to help teens navigate their Christian walk.

In this week's episode, we looked at intentional Intimacy and the importance of teens to seek an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit.
While teenage years are sometimes marked by rebellion which may include non-committal sexual intimacy, teens are encouraged to seek a stronger, more meaningful intimacy, which is intimacy with the Lord.
Although we live in a world where parents and other adults tend to put a limit on the relationship teens can have with the Lord, the truth is that the Lord uses anyone that is submitted to Him.
