The popular idea of the rapture is wrong!
A lot of Christians have been led astray by a false teaching that wrongly reads into 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 a secret rapture event, emphasizing this man-made vanishing act as part of a complex coming of Christ that the Bible knows nothing about! These dear people are taught to cling to this fiction instead of to the resurrection of the dead in Jesus Christ, which is the context of 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18. These same deceived souls think they are focusing on Jesus, but in reality, they have been taught to amputate the Lord from all their favorite end-times Scripture passages. This is what we’re talking about in this episode of Truth at All Costs, so that we always remember that our hope is in the resurrection, not in the rapture wrongly understood.
