In this episode I use some personal stories as an example to go a little deeper into the darker aspects of humanity, and why I don't think we can love, light, and rainbows our trouble (collective and personal) away.
I speak to the nuance, depth, and importance of looking at and sitting with the collective shadow of the world, and that fierce love isn't as simple as 'coming together over our differences.'
There are bullies on the playground that are doing things that are not ok right now!
My aim is to add a more full picture to how I feel about what's at stake and how JOY IS A NECESSARY FUEL, and resource for hope, which we must cultivate.
I hope you enjoy.
