Tony speaks with the wonderful Michelle Kot about starting out in volunteering at the age of 4 through to working with victims of crime, animal welfare and retail. Now she makes a significant impact in the mental health and suicide prevention space, winning the Sharon Claydon Volunteer Service Award in 2024. She also runs dancing in the dark, a safe space for people to dance like no one's watching!
Thanks Michelle for sharing your story and for all of your service in our community.
Tony chats with Sally Kable State Manager NSW ACT from Raise Foundation - Australia's leading Youth Mentor program.
