But tonight, I want to remind you that you don’t have to feel this way. You don’t have to feel powerless, “boxed in,” or trapped. Because the truth is, we are not under the control of other people, we are not powerless, and we are not victims. We are the sons and daughters of the King of Kings, Jesus the Christ, and when we understand that, our attitude will not be one of frustration and anger, but of peace, and joy, and confidence.
