This is the story about how Tom's gap year set him up for being an entrepreneur with a purpose.

By the age of 22, he founded 2 companies, traveled the world making music with UpWithPeople, became a spokesperson for UpWithPeople after leaving behind an unforgettable impression, gave a TEDx talk, was president of a student association focussed on sustainable entrepreneurship and became a father. Needless to say, he's a pretty fascinating individual.
