Today we are talking about habits.  We all have them good and bad.  My bad habit is going down the rabbit hole, you know looking up something on a website then clicking a link, then another, and another and you realize you just wasted an hour of your life you’re never going to get back.

Studies show that 90% of our day is comprised of tiny little habits.

The time we get up, the order in which we do things, which way we drive to work, when we eat, who we hang out with….they all form into habits that sometimes turn out good and sometimes not so good.
