Hey, what's up, everybody? It's Alex, and I'm back, another episode. Today is ... I think it's Thursday morning. It's about 8:40 in the morning. I'm on way to the office. I just left the gym and I have another pretty crazy day today so I wanted to hop on here before my day gets started so I can start my day on the right foot. I want to talk about something. When I first started working out ... I know my last episode was about working out, but working out just has such a profound impact on my life that it's kind of hard for me not to talk about it. Like I said in the last video, was 138 pounds going into my senior year in high school and I really wanted to look stronger, feel better, pick up more ladies, all the cliché stuff, right? When I first started working out - and I know a lot of you can relate - I'd walk into the gym and I would pick up the 10 pound dumbbells and I would start lifting them, I would start doing chest press. I remember how hard it was for me, and over time it started to slowly get easier and I would slowly start to build an adherence to the weight I was using so that thus made me use more weight then helped me get stronger. I went from the 10 pounds to the 15 pounds to the 20 pounds and eventually all the way up to 100 pounds. I want to talk about that because that's something that we all can relate to. We've all worked out in our life before. We've noticed it's really hard the first week we go and then it slowly gets easier because you start to create that habit and your body starts to crave the endorphins that it gets from working out and you build up an adherence. The reason why I'm talking about that is because working hard is only hard for people who are not used to working hard. I'm going to say that again. Working hard is only hard for people who are not used to working hard, because they have not built up that callus or they haven't built up the muscle enough to actually sustain working hard. This is something that, again, you can relate into your life, any area of your life. Working out, you could relate it to your business, your relationship, because relationships aren't easy. But the more you work at something the easier it gets, so this means you can handle more of it. Your stress tolerance increases and you can then accomplish more by doing more. Guys, flat out, it's no tactics. It's not necessarily the skill. It's about how much you can handle and how much you're willing to put in. The moment you realize that the more you put in the easier it gets. I was listening to a podcast while I was working out by, I think, Steve. He's funnel hacker radio or something like that. He said if you go towards the pain, it's a quicker route to ease...
