This talk will give the audience a greater understanding of the importance of creating an inclusive environment for their clients, peers, and fellow humans with disabilities.  As financial advisors, we have clients and peers that have passion and ability and just need access to the tools to allow them to be successful.  I will share my journey from exclusion to access and how it gave me the power to be heard.
