If you don't believe and act as if you have already achieved what you want or look the way you want to then you won't ever. That's because if we look at ourselves as not having achieved our goals then that's what we will continue to bring about in the universe. You become what you think and believe. It's a lot easier to believe if you following the right steps. Don't look at your current situation. Look at yourself as having already gotten to where you want to be!
