The power of cultivating CONNECTION in your community

This is a message that I just feel really called to share and my hope is that it resonates with you!

Start by reflecting on the community you have in your everyday life. Whether it's through social media connections, physical environments, friendships, or hobbies, I want you to consider the energy you feel when you are surrounded by those people and how it affects you.

I'll share my own experiences with you when it comes to vulnerability and the importance of surrounding myself with positive energy to build and become the best version of myself. I really want to emphasize the importance of quality over quantity when it comes to friendships and provide you with insights into how I have been able to cultivate a meaningful community even in the midst of a pandemic and moving across the country.

Our connections and community truly impact who we are and the joy we get out of life and that's just one of the many reasons I am so thankful to our Built To Be YOU fam!
