Somatic awareness is being aware of the sensation in your Body.
This involves paying attention to your physical sensation and body experiences, along with the feelings associated with them.
If you have a Trauma history - your body is the last place you want to be.
Chronic pain - How do you feel about that physical pain?
What is my Body doing, when these Emotions happen?

For your Next Level - is your Body giving you symptoms?
What is happening in your Body?
Is it telling you to slow down? Do you have to crash and burn? Or can you notice a slight tweak?
What is that Skill set like?

Learning about Psycho Neuro Immunology the study of the Mind, Body Connection.
Our Bodies are showing up in a way we need to Heal our Mind & Spirit. Can you pause and listen to your Body? What is it communicating to you?  If we don't listen, the Body will continue 'getting worse' until we are FORCED to listen. Can you feel, hear, listen to the lessons it is trying to teach you? Do you have to crash & burn? Or can you listen to the Whispers? Can you listen to the subtleness?
This is part of the Skill Set. Feeling & acknowledging what is going on in our Body. Our Body literally has all the Answers!

Do you have what it takes in your Skillset and Awareness to detect how you feel and take appropriate action?
The Power of being in the Right Community, Right Mentor, and people in your Life that can guide and support you along the way.
Difference between Emotional Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, and Emotional Fitness. If you are continuously wanting to grow, there is always going to be new information.
Always a new level of your Fullest Expression!!
Physical Fitness and Emotional Fitness are the same; must be treated the same way. If you are not growing - you are slowing.
If you are not growing - you are regressing. This is why I am obsessed with learning because I know there is always a greater version of me.

Must feel safe to have rocket fuel to move forward; otherwise you will go back to your default setting. Healing & transformational to be Seen, Heard, Validated from others - when feeling all the Feels - entire Body, Heart, Nervous System. How safe do you feel to be Transformed? How safe do you feel to be In the Unknown? Can you be in Grief, Overwhelm with others and have that Be Okay?

Feeling like you are failing at everything and the feeling of being a failure. In this Episode we will learn to Look at Failure a different way and let's redefine what failing means, looks like and feels like. Instead of feeling like a failure and giving up on yourself - take a pause and give yourself grace and permission to slow down, take a 'minute,' rest, take slower action. All the healthy thing to do.
