In this episode, I interview a very special guest, my nephew, Haden Lewis Thompson. Haden is a former collegiate basketball player, having played at the University of Lynchburg, Pfeiffer, and the University of Mary Washington. He received his Masters degree in Sports Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2019.
He served on the athletic staff as the Coordinator of Ticket Operations at the University of Arizona. That experience led him to the position he holds today, Member Experience Specialist with the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars.
He also still holds the title of Director of Operations for the nonprofit JLT Fieldhouse, Inc.
In our interview, Haden speaks on several important topics that relate to preparation for "the real world", through his life experiences and how he is now sharing that knowledge with other aspiring young professionals.
