Some growing teenagers here in Nigeria are not privileged to be around people who would guide their minds in the right path. This episode is basically cut out for the sole purpose of being a guiding light for other growing teenagers like myself. Some of us are doing great as regards our ethics and morals but there's always room for improvement.

Everyone says curiosity kills the cat. I might just disagree a little. Ignorance kills the cat and same goes for everybody else in terms of the status of our health.

Speaking from experience in my country Nigeria, ignorance is a major stumbling block to healthy living of people.

When people hear of 'health condition', they tend to think of critical situations whereas even as little as dizziness is a health condition.

From the podcast title, "Healthea" is a derivative of healthier by replacing 'thier' with my nickname, Thea.

Good health should never be underrated. I want you to be Healthea!
