The Power of Healing in a Community
It’s not always easy to do our healing work. We don’t always understand what we need to do or how to do it.
But the women who you’ll hear in this episode have stepped up and said, “I’m ready, and I will do whatever it takes because I want to be the best version of me I can be." And each one of them has done just that.
Healing in a community can EMPOWER you to STOP dimming your light. Start letting go of who you thought you were and embrace who you were born to be!
It’s easy for me to talk about healing and “doing the work,” but it doesn’t always sound tangible and like something you can put your finger on. This episode allows you to have a deeper understanding of healing journeys and the impact it has on every facet of your life.
