I'm Janie Liou, Founder of Prime Purpose. I help people discover their permanent imprint in the marketplace, understand their role in expressing that with their unique gifts and talents, and then provide direction for how to practically live that out. 

All too often, we feel limited by what we can do with our abilities. It's even more difficult to find our true passion and sustain that in the workplace. In business, I have had experience with for profit and non-profit companies, faith based and non faith-based. I have been the employee as well as the employer. I have been a consultant, as well as an entrepreneur for the last 18 years. Lastly, as a recording artist, touring songwriter and musician in a cut throat industry, I know what it's like to use my creative gifts to the fullest, make quality music, maximize on funds and make a lasting impact on society. 

Having been in every marketplace role imaginable, I have a unique perspective that has become my fuel for helping people. The game changer for me is that I now know exactly what my purpose is, and that permeates every aspect of my life, work, family, and faith.
